One of the hardest parts about living with Celiac Disease is the lack of safe options when dining out. It requires research, scouring menus, and sometimes even calling to talk to the chef. It's exhausting and frustrating. Thankfully, Bibibop is completely gluten-free and totally safe for my son with Celiac Disease! There is something truly magical about telling him he can eat ANYTHING from the menu of a restaurant. His face lights up immediately.
Bibibop is serves up high quality and affordable food. When you're ready to order you can create your own bowl or pick from some classic favorites. They also have a kids meal that allows them to choose a base, topping, protein, and pineapple.
My son loves the chicken dipped in Sesame Ginger Teriyaki sauce, pineapple, and of course the lemonade! I love that I can get a salad or rice bowl topped with alllll of the toppings. Here's a tip: get the Coconut Milk Pudding with Mango for dessert! It's light, refreshing, and totally delicious. It's great that there's a safe place we can go out to dinner or grab something to go!
Fun fact - My husband and I lived a mile away from the very first Bibibop in Columbus, Ohio when we first got married!! It's amazing to see them popping up all over now that we have a son who needs a safe gluten-free place to eat.
They also offer catering. Check out the Bibibop website to see if there is one near you!
