Easy Gluten Free Blueberry Bagels

Can you believe that these blueberry bagels are made with just a couple ingredients?! Bagels are a favorite food in our house and it's hard to find different flavors that are gluten free. These bagels are SO easy to make and really hit that craving!

I was inspired by a trip I took last summer with Team Nosh to visit Superfresh Growers blueberry farms. It was amazing to taste the different varieties and see all that goes into getting these beautiful berries from the bushes to these bagels.

Blueberry Bagels:

  • 1 1/4 cup gluten-free flour blend

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 cup greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup @superfreshgrowers blueberries

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and yogurt. Once it has formed a dough, gently fold in the blueberries with your hands making sure not to squish them. Next, divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each piece into a log and connect the two sides to form a bagel shape.

Brush the bagels with an egg wash. Pop them in the air fryer at 350F for around 15 minutes or until golden brown. You can also bake them if you don’t have an air fryer at 350F for 20-24 minutes. We also made blueberry cream cheese by puréeing fresh blueberries and cream cheese together.
