10 Gluten Free Lunch Box Ideas

I consider myself a lunch packing pro after packing my oldest a lunch every single day of school for 4 years! While our school has offered a gluten free option, he feels best bringing a lunch I've packed. Honestly, he prefers eating just a few different lunches so I'm not often looking for new ideas but I know lots of others are - but just a reminder that it's okay to pack similar things every day!! Here are 10 easy gluten free lunch ideas your kids will love!

Tips:

  • Make sure to pack cold lunches with ice packs to keep it food safe until lunch time!

  • Practice opening any items you are sending at home before it goes to school.

  • Don't send a whole new meal to school. Try it at home at first!

1. Waffles - Breakfast for lunch is a great idea! Waffles are delicious dipped in syrup or switc it up and serve your PB&J on a waffle sandwich.

2. English Muffin Pizza - A family favorite for dinner, and lunch! You can really customize these to your topping preferences. It's served cold in the lunch box which my kids aren't always a fan of so make sure to test this at home before sending to school.
